The band Řemdih formed in 1989 and played original rock songs until 1994. In 1997, the band reformed under the same name, but already with a medieval and Renaissance repertoire. Since then, we have played hundreds of concerts and given performances in many European countries and made four recordings.

Our repertoire comprises all types of medieval music. This includes drinking and love songs, sacred polyphonic chants and court dances. You can listen to us playing clamorous instrumental compositions, but also singing classical polyphonic songs a cappella...

We usually play at medieval fairs, historic ceremonies and in medieval taverns. Yet we are also able to play traditional concerts in the intimate settings of churches and halls. Our performances are pleasant to both the ears and eyes of our revered audience thanks to the spectacular costumes and numerous beautiful old musical instruments.

Moreover, we occasionally perform our original rock repertoire from the 1990s in a slightly altered line-up of musicians.
